Jamuani Nature Camp is located within the Similipal Tiger Reserve, approximately 26 km from Jashipur through the Pithabata entry gate and about 100 km from Baripada town. It is surrounded by dense sal forests, valleys, and fresh streams, making it an ideal retreat for both nature lovers and picnic seekers. It is especially valuable during the monsoon, when the national park may remain closed, but camps like Jamuani stay open. For tourists, there are 15 camps divided into 3 types, namely tents, Santal cottages, and treetop houses.
The Camp is a tourist destination, a picnic paradise, and a perfect place to relax with family. Visitors can explore waterfalls, taste tribal cuisine, enjoy sports, and experience the wild beauty of Similipal. - Santal Cottage Non-A/C Double-Bedded Room for 2 Adults. The price is 4500 per day. (Exclude Tax)
- Tree Top House A/C Double Bedded Room for 2 Adults. The price is 6000 per day. (Exclude Tax)
- The tariff includes complimentary lunch, dinner, and breakfast. An entry fee of Rs. 100.00 per day will be applied extra.
- The facility to accommodate one extra person (4-18) is available for this accommodation on payment of Rs 1000 per day.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are complimentary and limited to the number of people named on the ticket.
- Children from 4 to 18 years old will be accommodated. The parents will be charged extra at the destination as per the tariff.
- The visitor has to take a print copy of the accommodation booking and entry ticket along with proof of identity.
- LMVs with ground clearance of 180 mm or more only allowed (sedans & hatchbacks not allowed)
