Maa Biraja Temple is situated in the Jajpur town and is near about 125 KM from Bhubaneswar. Maa Biraja Temple or Viraja Kshetra is one of the ancient Hindu temples of Odisha. This temple was built in the 13th century. The main idol of this temple is Devi Durga worshipped by the name Viraja. Olasuni Hill and Temple is situated nearly by the National Highway No 5 and 60 km distance from Cuttack via Chandikhol road. The Samadhipitha of Santha Arakhit Das is on the top of the Olasuni hill and goddess. Olasuni is worshipped at the feet of the hill towards the south nearby the river Gobari.  The first name of Arakhit was Balavadra Deb elder son of Padamalav Dev. Dasaswamedh Ghat is situated on the bank of the holy river Baitarani in the district of Jajpur. Adjacent to this Ghata is the famous Saptamatruka temple, Sidha Vinayak temple, Jagannath temple, Savitri temple, Maa Laxmi temple and Shiva temple. So this place is a holy place for all Hindu’s. The famous tourist Ashokjhar Waterfall is situated around 8 km from Sukinda and about 65 km away from Jajpur Town. The beautiful waterfall stream flows from the top of the hill. The waterfall is surrounded by hills and dense forest. This waterfall is spring from the root of an Ashoka Tree. So this place is called Ashok Jhar. The Siddheswar Temple on the right bank of river Vaitarani is located 7 km form the Jajpur town.
