Kushaleswar Temple has situated at Deogaon. It is just 15 km away from Anandapur and around 82 km from Keonjhar Town. The presence of a shrine dedicated to Lord Kusheleswar Mahadev. The temple located on the bank of river Kusei is an excellent pilgrimage centre of the area. Mahashivratri & Sravan Purnima is main festival of this temple. This temple has corroborated the saga of the Koshal empire of western Odisha. 

The temple is a unique treasure trove of chiselled sculptures of precious religious faiths. The superb craftsmanship of artists throws light on the religious activities of Jainism, Buddhism, Vaishnavism, Saivism & Saktism.
