Sapanpur Cave and Mahimagadi are located on the hilltop and is 10 km distance from Cuttack Tangi and 6 km west of Kanakgiri Hills. One has to climb 100 steps to reach it. The cave is about 70 feet long, and the entrance is narrow. After walking 20 feet, a room inside the cave comes into view, measuring 15 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 8 feet high. On the opposite side of the cave, a narrow tunnel stretches far. At the lower elevation of this cave, there is the meditation temple of Mahima Gosein Pitha and an empty temple.
