Gangi Hill Cave is located 3 km from Lalitagiri Buddhist Complex and 3 km distance from Olasuni Cave. It is a very long hill and has three caves. The hill is also known as Gangi Pitha. According to history, saints and sages worshipped and meditated here long ago. The caves are located on the lower part of the hill. Among the Ashwasthamaa Bila caves is another Blue (Nila) Gumpah, which is only 3 feet high and 5 feet long and wide. The hill is not very high; it is a 1-kilometer stretch of Baulamalia Stone.

On this Gangi hill, there are Gangi Temple, Hanuman Temple and Mahadev Temple. There are many small and big wells in this Gangi pahad. At the top of the hill, there is a small spring known as ‘Gupta Ganga and a Shiva Linga inside a huge black rock and many small and big wells in this Gangi Pahad.
