The winter tourism attraction festival Eco Retreat started on 1 December 2024. It will last 3 months, from 1 December to 1 March 2025. The Eco Retreat in Konark will be inaugurated on 15 December and last until 15 March 2025. This year, the price for a day’s stay in the cottage starts from Rs 4000. At each Eco Retreat place, tourists will get 100% safety, cleanliness, air conditioning, get to gather facilities, water sports, evening cultural programs, food, drinks, entertainment programs, various programs for children, toilet facilities, beach activities, beach bar, tourist guides, 24*7 doctor facilities.
This Eco Retreat is mainly done on the beach and hills, so where there is no beach, there are various programs and adventure sports programs for the local tourists. Eco Retreats have been arranged at Pentha near Bhitarkanika in Kendrapara district of Odisha, Hirakud in Sambalpur, Daringbadi in Kandhamal, Satkosia in Angul, Sonapur in Ganjam and Putsil in Koraput.
