Red Gram Dal / green gram Dal – 500 mg Elephant Yam- 100gms Pumpkin- 100gms Brinjal- 100gms Vegetables like broad bean, wax ground, Kankad- 200gms Green banana-2 Ginger- 50 gms Grated coconut – 1 cup Cumins- 4 tsp Coriander seeds- 3 tsp Fenugreek Seeds- 1/2 tsp Peppercorn- 1 tsp Cloves- 4-5 Cinnamon- 1 piece Black cardamom- 2 Bay leaves- 2 Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Salt- to taste Sugar- 2 tsp Ghee- 3 tbsp Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
