Mangalajodi Nature Camp, located on the northern banks of Chilika Lake in the Khordha district of Odisha, is an ecotourism hotspot and one of Asia’s largest premier birding destinations. This resort is spread over a large area and has beautiful cottages, where you can enjoy the lush green forest with open sky. The nature camp at Mangalajodi is a nice place to visit for spending your leisure time. The rooms here are very spacious, neat, and clean. Nature Camp facilities include basic toilets, an AC room, and a small tea/snack stall, but there is another restaurant, as food is only served in the camp.
The surroundings are very calm and peaceful, and you can spend quality time with family and friends in the lap of nature. Some activities and games are to be added to the package for more attraction. The nature camp has 12 beautifully designed cottages. The price is worth it, as it includes all meals. Amazing trip. Kudos to the staff and manager. Good place for a weekend getaway. Will get to see a variety of birds coming from outside. Must take a boat ride at between 400 and 500/-, where the boat guide will explain the different types of birds.
