Ananta Vasudeva Temple, Bhubaneswar

Ananta Vasudeva Temple is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Krishna, an avatar of Lord Vishnu. This temple is very old which is located near Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar. The temple was built in the 13th century AD. Three deities Anant Vasudeva, Balaram and Subhadra are worshipped as the main deities in this temple. There are Jag Mohan, Nata Mandapa and Bhoga Mandapa within the premises of Ananta Basudeva Temple. The main temple stands on a cruciform platform having three chambers. 

In appearance, this temple is similar to Lingaraj temple, but Lord Vishnu is worshipped in this temple. The walls of this temple have images of Krishna, Balarama and Subhadra. This temple is famous for Avada Bhog ,which is very delicious, and devotees come from far and wide to eat it. Ananta Vasudeva Mandir is one of the famous temples in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
