Sri Ram Mandir in Bhubaneswar is a famous temple dedicated to Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, and Lord Lakshman. Located in Kharvela Nagar, just 2 km from the Bhubaneswar railway station, this temple is a significant spiritual and cultural landmark. The temple is a new addition to the “Temple City of India”. There are seven temples within the premises. Shri Panchmukhi Hanuman is enshrined in a separate temple and another temple, and Lord Shiva is worshipped along with Goddess Durga, Shri Ganesha, Parvati, Kartikeya and Nandi. Additionally, Rani Sati, who is highly revered and worshipped by devotees, has a dedicated temple.
The red sandstone structure adds to its grandeur and spiritual aura. The temple complex has multiple shrines dedicated to different gods and goddesses. Since its ceremonial and ritual establishment on June 27, 1979, it has been a place of holy congregation on various occasions and festivals. Rama Navami is the main festival celebrated at this temple, attracting devotees. Raja Shree Ram Mandir is one of the most famous temples in Bhubaneswar, Khordha.
