Binikei Temple is located on the bank of the river Mahanadi and is 25 Km distance from Athamallik and around 100 km from Angul Town. The main idol of this temple is Goddess Binikei. It is the gateway to the famous Satkosia gorge in the river Mahanadi. Binikei Jatra has observed on the 10th day after the Dolapurnima. The festival is also organized for 3 days with a lot of functions and ceremonies. Every year thousands of devotees come here to see the Jatra.
