The Barada Balunkeswar temple has situated in Gaisima village. It is 13 km away from the district headquarters of Bargarh. The temple was built by Abhaya Singh, King of Sambalpur in between 1766 to 1778. One of the oldest temples in the Bargarh district and also one of them among Asthasambhu temple. Lord Shiva is the presiding deity of the place. Mahashivratri is the famous festival of this place.
