Godipalli waterfall is a hidden gem of Nayagarh district, nestled amidst the Khallikote forest range. It is 19 km distance from Nayagarh town. This waterfall is surrounded by hilly forests and nature. The waterfall is the best place for a weekend trek and a refreshing bath. There is no way to this waterfall. One can reach Godipali waterfall by going up the hill road for about 2 km. The waterfall is about 30 feet high and is one of the highest waterfalls in Nayagarh district. This waterfall remains dry in the summer, and sufficient water flows on rainy days, but it is not practical to visit this place on rainy days. Banijhari Waterfall is also known as Godipalli Waterfall. The winter season is the best time for group fests, weekend picnics and forest tours, and a large number of tourists come here.
