Honeymoon Island is located in Rambha Bay near Sankuda Island, and it is 5 km distance from Rambha Jetty. This land is popularly known as Barracuda Island. Earlier the British used this land for picnic purposes. This beautiful island is surrounded by clear waters with natural habitats. Dr Anandale & Kemp recorded the limbless lizard an endemic species from this island in 1917, which was named Barkudia insularis.
