Lord Nrusinghanath is a seat of Vidal Nursing situated in Paikamal. Nursinghanath temple is located around 110 km distance from Baragarh Town and 37 km from Nuapada. King Baijal Dev of Patna State built the temple of Nursinghanath in the 15th Century AD. The Nursinghanath Temple is 122 meters long and stands on the foot of the mountain Gandhamardan towards the south and west side. But the other part of this mountain is near a waterfall called Harishankar temple. Prevesioly the place of Harishankar was called Hiuen Tsang as Parimalagiri, recognised as a Buddhist University.
The mountain Gandhamardan looks very beautiful due to the covering of green forest near Nrusinghanath Temple.
