The Barada Balunkeswar Shiva temple is situated in Gaisima village. It is 13 km distance from the district headquarters of Bargarh. The temple was built by Abhaya Singh, King of Sambalpur between 1766 and 1778. One of the oldest temples in the Bargarh district and also one of the Asthasambhu temples. Lord Shiva is the presiding deity of the place. Mahashivratri is a famous festival in this place.
