Baba Bukhari Peer dargah located is about 15 km distance from Khordha towards the southeast of the new bus stand. The place is famous for Bukhari Baba peer. He was one of the eminent Muslim sadhus. He was born during the 17th century AD at Samarkand of Russia. He came to Odisha during the reign of maharaja Ramachandra Dev II of Khorda as found in the history of Odisha written by Stalin Saheb in 1953 AD.
When Baba came to Kaipadar. The place was a dense forest full of wild animals. Baba remained here in the Tathached house and become popular for his Sidhi. Gradually a large number of people came to him with a view to fulfilment of desire. Now a temple is there in the model of Kadam Rasul. The Bibhuti of Bukhari Baba very is very effective which cleans all the diseases on faith. 24th Ramajan month is observed here in each year with much pomp and ceremony irrespective of caste and creeds.
